The five that matter most

  • Each order is a single purchase. Nothing recurs and no card is retained.
  • 120 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • Certificates are yours on request, in full, for the batch you received.
  • Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. (EIN 36-2672870) publishes anthrodynelabs.com and sells the products listed on it under the name J R CARLSON LABORATORIES INC. The terms below apply to every visit and every order, and by using the site or buying from it you accept them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, Bench Line included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

4. The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for J R CARLSON LABORATORIES INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
  • How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
  • Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
  • Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
  • Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Refund and Guarantee Policy

We offer a 120-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@anthrodynelabs.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Which law applies

Illinois law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Illinois are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

9. Revisions

This page is revised from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, dated at the top, and using the site after a revision is published means accepting it.

11. Batches, figures and withdrawals

  • Every unit carries a batch number, and J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. keeps the record tying that batch to its release panel, its raw materials and the orders it shipped on.
  • Oxidation figures printed on a label are the figures measured at release, with the date of measurement stated. They describe that batch on that date and are not a guarantee of the figure at any later point.
  • The certificate of analysis for the batch you received is available at no charge, sent in full rather than summarised. Where a batch carries no independent certificate, we say so rather than substitute one from another batch.
  • A batch that misses a release limit is quarantined and destroyed. It is not blended into a passing batch.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life of the batch plus one year.
  • If a batch is withdrawn, J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. contacts the customers who received it from that record, refunds the affected units in full, and does not require them to be returned before refunding.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
