Four, and no more. An ingredient nobody can give a reason for is an ingredient that should not be in a capsule you swallow daily.
- Gelatin (bovine). The softgel shell.
- Glycerin. Keeps the shell flexible so it does not crack on the shelf.
- Purified water. Shell processing aid; almost all of it is driven off in drying.
- Natural tocopherols. Antioxidant. This is what holds the oxidation figure down in the bottle.
What is deliberately absent
No proprietary blends, no artificial colour, no artificial flavour, no added sugar.
Allergen statement. Contains fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel). No milk, egg, wheat, gluten, soy protein, peanut or tree nut.
Every bottle carries a lot number, a best-before date and the oxidation figure measured at release. Storage: keep sealed, below 25 °c, out of direct light. refrigerate after opening.

How to take it
- One softgel daily with food. Follow the carton if it differs from this page.
- Adults 18 and over. Do not exceed the suggested use.
